RCH Workflow website and pre-launch terms

Workflow is currently in pre-launch preparation. These terms cover this public information website and pre-launch use only. Full customer subscription terms will be finalised before paid public launch.

1. About Workflow

RCH Workflow is being developed as an AI business assistant for UK solo tradespeople and very small trade businesses. It is intended to help organise business information, customer history, enquiries, quotes, invoices and owner-reviewed administrative tasks.

2. No automatic authority

Workflow is an assistant. The business owner remains responsible for reviewing important facts, prices, customer communications, invoices, payment status, legal obligations and consequential actions.

3. Pre-launch status

This public site does not currently offer a paid subscription or create a production Workflow account. Features, integrations, availability and commercial terms may change before launch.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to misuse the website or service, interfere with its security, access another user's information, introduce malicious content, or use Workflow for unlawful activity.

5. Third-party services

Workflow may depend on third-party services such as email, messaging, hosting, payment and AI providers. Their availability and rules may affect particular features. Users must also comply with the terms that apply to their own connected services.

6. Intellectual property

The RCH Workflow name, site content, product design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of those rights.

7. Availability and changes

During pre-launch development, the service may be changed, suspended or unavailable while it is tested and prepared for production. We may update these terms before public launch.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, this pre-launch website is provided for information and testing preparation without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular business purpose.

9. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply.
